How BloomSource Trade works
From order to delivery: you pay for the products, we buy them from the makers and collect them at our warehouse, and you decide how and when they ship.
1. Order and pay for the products
Add products from any of our makers to one cart and place your order. Pay for the items by card or bank transfer — prices marked “on request” are confirmed first. Shipping isn't charged yet.
2. We buy from the makers
Once your payment is confirmed, we order from each maker. In your account you can follow every item as it arrives at our warehouse.
3. Ship your way
Ship what's ready now, wait until everything has arrived, or hold items to fill a container. Choose one of our shipping quotes (air, sea or courier), have your own freight forwarder collect for free, or let us deliver to your forwarder.
4. Pay for shipping and track it
Pay for the shipping option you chose by card or bank transfer. We pack, hand over to the carrier and send you the tracking details, commercial invoice and packing list.
Payment
Card or bank transfer — for the items when you order, and for each shipment when you choose a shipping option. Proforma invoices and receipts are always in your account.
Storage at our warehouse
Storage is free for one month after all items of an order have arrived. After that it costs 10% of the held goods' value per month, added to the shipment. Items not shipped within 6 months are returned to the maker (food is discarded), without refund.
Customs, duties and taxes
We handle export customs clearance; its fee is shown in each shipping quote. Import duties, taxes and clearance in your country are paid by you as the importer — we can help with the paperwork.
